Inclusion Criteria
1. The patients who are willing to participate and will give written consent will only be included.
2. The age group between the 21 - 60 year Males
3. Sperm count < 20 million /ml
4. Patient presenting with Pratyatma Lakshana of Shukrakshaya with semen samples suggestive of Oligozoospermia were selected.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient not willing go for the study
2.Below the age of 21 and above 60 year
3.Sperm count > 20 million/ml
4.Patient with azoospermia and aspermia
5.Known case of genetic defects like Klinefelterâ??s syndrome.
6.Patient with known case of diseases like Varicocele, Accessory sex gland infection, STD, DM-2, HTN, T.B. ,Etc.
