Inclusion Criteria

patients who are diagnosed with IBS according to standard Rome 4 criteria

patient having pratyatma lakshana of grahani roga

patients who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

chronicity for more than 5years

patients with cardiovascular diseases, DM, Psychological disorders, deranged liver functions, bleeding per rectum, alcoholic and drug abuser, pregnant and lactating women.
