Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients \> 50 yr of age
- •\>18years Patients \<50 years of age with one or more associated co morbidities like DM, hypertension, chronic renal disease etc
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any patient who is unable to exercise
- •Patients with hepatopulmonary syndrome
- •Patient not willing to undergo CPEX
- •Surgery is cancelled for any reason
- •Patients who are not able to reach Anaerobic Threshold during CPEX
- •The patient suffers any of the following within 3 months before Pre\-anaesthesia Assessment
- •oMyocardial infarction
- •oCerebrovascular event
- •oTransient ischaemic attack
- •oPulmonary embolic event
