Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients posted for elective surgeries under general endotracheal anaesthesia
  • •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II
  • •Age 18\-60 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •.ASA\-III and IV
  • •.Emergency cases
  • •Predicted Difficulty Airway
  • •Obese Patients (BMI \>30\)
  • •Subjects On Antihypertensive Medication
  • •Known Allergy To Dexmeditomidine And Or Lignocaine
