Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with adenomyosis with HMB (Heavy menstrual bleeding) or dysmenorrhea.
2. Premenopausal women who have completed family.
3. Refractory to at least 3 months medical management (Hormonal pills).
Exclusion Criteria
1. Chronic pelvic pain
2. Patients not willing for follow up in JIPMER
3.Acute PID
4. Coexisting fibroid/ endometriosis
5. Women desirous of future pregnancy

Name Time Method To compare treatment failure rates at the end of one-year follow-up in both groups.Timepoint: 3,6 and 12 months
