- •1.Patients with adenomyosis with HMB (Heavy menstrual bleeding) or dysmenorrhea.
- •2. Premenopausal women who have completed family.
- •3. Refractory to at least 3 months medical management (Hormonal pills).
排除标准
- •1. Chronic pelvic pain
- •2. Patients not willing for follow up in JIPMER
- •3.Acute PID
- •4. Coexisting fibroid/ endometriosis
- •5. Women desirous of future pregnancy
