Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosed by a neurologist according to IHS criteria, minimum of 5 headache days per month, pain medication on less than 10 days per month

Exclusion Criteria

a second headache diagnosis, psychological and psychiatric disease, neurological, rheumatological, systemic disease, cannot understand German

Primary Outcome Measures

The headache days in the month are recorded.<br>A diary calendar is sent to the subjects and returned to us after a full month and evaluated.<br>A month of diary guidance is collected before the training.<br>The calendar is maintained until at least one month after the last training date.

Secondary Outcome Measures

The growth of knowledge.<br>A knowledge questionnaire is completed by the subjects before the start of the training and distribution of the brochure.<br>After the last training session, both groups receive a knowledge questionnaire again.<br><br>
