Inclusion Criteria
- •Nurses working in Intensive care units,
- •Minimum degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing,
- •Having satisfaction to participate in research,
- •Having at least 6 months work experience in the intensive care unit,
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria:Unwillingness to continue cooperation;
- •Not to be participated in the training session of Correct procedure for tracheal suctioning;
- •Transfering from the intensive care units to other departments or long\-term leave during the research;
