Inclusion Criteria
All newborns admitted into selected public hospitals whose parents /caregivers gave their consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Babies whose parents/ caregivers fail to give consent for the study
Babies taken custody of by institutions such as motherless homes or by government agencies for legal reasons.
