Inclusion Criteria

1) in elderly patients with coronary artery disease over 60 years; 2) the elderly coronary artery disease confirmed by a cardiologist; 3) willingness to cooperate with the investigator and be involved in research; 4) the ability to communicate appropriately during the initial interview with the researcher have; 5) have literacy and be able to speak Persian, 6) are Shi'a Muslims; 7) non-severe mental disorders based on the contents of the medical records, 8) business cognitive Assessment AMT score more than 7 seniors; , Exclusion criteria: 1) absence of more than one session; 2) lack of desire or give up the child to participate in programs of pastoral care; 3) physical disorders such as pain and fatigue .... that prevents participation; 4) If the elderly study dies; 5) history of participation in religious spiritual interventions such intervention study; 6) participate in stress management interventions promote hope at the same time; Environmental research: the study of the heart and Imam Khomeini Hospital Clinic city neighborhood where the samples will be selected and then the intervention will take place in the auditorium of the hospital (Hospital Imam Khomeini city neighborhoods and of the hospital clinic, which beds it was attended by specialists in cardiology and internal active morning and afternoon).
