Inclusion Criteria
All bladder tumours udergoing TURT
- Patients fit for spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients unfit for surgery
- Routine second TURT at 6 weeks for T1G3 tumour

Name Time Method Safety and efficacy of Bipolar TURT will be assessed by: <br/ ><br>- Completeness of resection <br/ ><br>- Obturator jerks and bladder perforation <br/ ><br>- Average Blood loss <br/ ><br>- TURT syndrome <br/ ><br>- Quality of pathological specimenTimepoint: The outcomes will be measured with 1 month post-operatively
