Inclusion Criteria
1.Benign Prostatic hyperplasia Diagnosis by History and physical examination
2 one of following indication for surgery
2.1 failure of medication
2.2 recurrent urinary retention
2.3 persistent hematuria from Benign prostatic hyperplasia
2.4 Azotemia from lower urinary tract Obstruction
Exclusion Criteria
1.Prostate cancer
2.patient with neurogenic bladder
3.Urethra stricture
