- •Post neoadjuvant Locally advanced breast carcinoma operable

- •prior surgery of I/L breast \& axilla .
- •no immediate reconstruction .
- •positive margins post Modified radical mastectomy .
- •coagulation disorders .
- •immunological disorders.
- •Metastatic Breast carcinoma
