Inclusion Criteria

Inclination to participate in the study
Diagnosis of childhood urinary tract infection by a specialist;
Reading and writing skills
Not having mental illness or physical problems
Unemployment as health care personnel
Having a cell phone equipped with Telegram software
Not attending similar training classes

Exclusion Criteria

Unwilling to continue of research
Exit from the city and lack of access
Failure to complete the second stage of questionnaire
No refer to the physician to follow the training program
Other illnesses leading to hospitalization
