Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclination to participate in the study
- •Diagnosis of childhood urinary tract infection by a specialist;
- •Reading and writing skills
- •Not having mental illness or physical problems
- •Unemployment as health care personnel
- •Having a cell phone equipped with Telegram software
- •Not attending similar training classes
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwilling to continue of research
- •Exit from the city and lack of access
- •Failure to complete the second stage of questionnaire
- •No refer to the physician to follow the training program
- •Other illnesses leading to hospitalization
