Inclusion Criteria
ASA I and II children undergoing elective cataract surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Any child with reactive airway disease, airway abnormalities which precluded the use of a LMA, or, or a history of an upper respiratory tract infection (URI) in the preceding 3 weeks, children with tumors or infections of the orbit, with raised intraocular pressure
