1. Patients with effort related symptoms like angina, fatigue or dyspoena
2. Paients with recent NSTEMI or unstable angina
who are for invasive coronary angiography and do not have any wall motion abnormality on routine 2D echocardiography
1. Patients with definite wall motion abnormality in 2D echocardiogram
2. Patients with concomitant valvular heart disease other than Mitral valve prolapse with mild mitral regurgitation
3. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
4. Patients who have undergone coronary angiogram within the last three years
5. Patients who have been demonstrated to have an obstructive coronary artery disease by any other modality like SPECT, PET, CT angiogram or MR angiogram
6. Patients who do not give consent

Name Time Method Sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value of strain echocardiography in predicting obstructive lesions in coronary angiography.Timepoint: This is validation of a diagnostic test. Time point is as soon as both tests are done, usually within 24 hours.
