Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with effort related symptoms like angina, fatigue or dyspoena
- •2\. Paients with recent NSTEMI or unstable angina
- •who are for invasive coronary angiography and do not have any wall motion abnormality on routine 2D echocardiography
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with definite wall motion abnormality in 2D echocardiogram
- •2\. Patients with concomitant valvular heart disease other than Mitral valve prolapse with mild mitral regurgitation
- •3\. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
- •4\. Patients who have undergone coronary angiogram within the last three years
- •5\. Patients who have been demonstrated to have an obstructive coronary artery disease by any other modality like SPECT, PET, CT angiogram or MR angiogram
- •6\. Patients who do not give consent
