入选标准
- •Patients referred for evaluation of Biliary ductal dilatation (defined as CBD diameter >7mm on USG , >8mm on CT abdomen and >6mm on MRCP , in those with GB in-situ); and > 10 mm in post-cholecystectomy patients with no definite etiology of CBD dilatation on cross sectional imaging.
排除标准
- •1.The patients who have undergone previous ERCP or surgical CBD exploration.
- •2.The patients who are not willing to give written consent
- •3.Patients who are HIV positive
- •4.Pregnant females
- •5.Patients with age less than 12 years
- •6.Unfit for sedation required for EUS examination.
