Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients with BMI more than or equal to 30kg/m2 and newly diagnosed moderate to severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea by Level I Polysomnography (Philips Respironics USA) in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine and advised positive airway pressure therapy will be recruited for the study after obtaining informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients not willing to participate in study
- •Patients with severe orthopaedic or neurological disorders limiting their mobility
- •Severe pulmonary arterial hypertension
- •Exercise\-induced syncope
- •Unstable angina or recent Myocardial infarction
- •Refractory fatigue
- •Inability to learn, psychiatric instability and disruptive behaviour.
- •Active infection
