入选标准
- •age more than 18 years.
- •women undergoing elective caesarean delivery at term.
- •singleton pregnancy with cephalic presentation.
排除标准
- •placenta previa,suspected adherant placenta.
- •suspected abruptio placentae
- •polyhydramnios
- •previous more than one caesarean section
- •anaemia[haemoglobin less than 8gm%]
- •heart disease
- •women with coagulopathy
- •known drug allergy to intravenous oxytocin
