入选标准
- •Atrophic acne scars over the face which includes rolling scars(U shaped) & boxcar (M shaped) scars.
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 18 years and more than 40 years.
- •2.Ice picks scars.
- •3. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •4.Active acne in adjacent region.
- •5.Coexisting inflammation in adjacent skin secondary to dermatological diseases such as psoriasis, lichen planus, eczemas, acne.
- •6.keloidal tendency.
- •7.On isotretinoin for last 6 months to 1 year.
- •8.Patients with unrealistic expectations or psychiatric illnesses.
- •9.Pre existing bleeding disorder, renal or hepatic diseases.
