Inclusion Criteria
Numeric Pain Level Scale > 3
Suffering from non specific LBP since 5 week and not more than 3 months
Orebro scale > 105
Exclusion Criteria
LBP with specific pathology
Having a current or previous diagnosis of neurological deficits including but not limited to stroke, multiple sclerosis or Guillain Barre syndrome
Recent spine, lower extremity fractures within
Knee, ankle, hip pathology causing limitation of lower extremity movement
History of any recent abdominal, back or lower limb Surgeries
Being pregnant or having delivered a child within the past months
Radiating pain
