Durations lasting longer than two months, Either of the gender,Subjects with Unilateral involvement, Pain in at least two of the following movements:isometric contraction of the quadriceps, while squatting, and during kneeling (2 out of 3),Medial or lateral patellar facet tenderness,Positive Patellar tilt test.
Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
The patients had a meniscus tear, bursitis, ligament injury, patellar tendon lesions, joint degeneration, patellofemoral dislocation, and/or recurrent subluxation.
Those who had undergone lower extremity surgery will be excluded.
Neurological disorders: radiating pain.
