1)Age 35-70years
2)Subjects who have undergone breast cancer surgery (breast-conservative surgeries,total mastectomy, radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy with or without axillary lymph node dissection and radiation therapy)
3)Pain and impaired shoulder mobility on the ipsilateral side
4)Shoulder flexion and abduction ROM <100 degrees as measured by a universal goniometer
1)Lumpectomy
2)Axillary web syndrome
3)Bone metastasis in the ipsilateral upper limb
4)Recent or unhealed fractures around the ipsilateral shoulder ( < 6 months)
5)Post-operative infection
6)Nerve injury during surgery
