Overview
Brief Summary
The immediate implant placement in the molar region with computer-guided surgery had excellent implant stability. The trending of ISQ values in the mandible was superior to the maxilla. The average ISQ value in all sites exceeded 70 over the observation period, which represented the immediate loading that could be performed.
