Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Cases will be selected randomly regardless of sex, occupation, and socioeconomic status.
  • 2\.Patients between the age group of 20\-60 years.
  • 3\.Patients having clinical features of Gridhrasi as described in Carak Samhita.(pain and stiffness in lower back radiating to lower limb).
  • 4\.The patients should full fill SLR positive at 40 degree or less and positive Lasegue test for Prolapsed inter vertebral disc.
  • 5\.Patients having VAS score 3\-8\.
  • 6\.Patients having Oswestry disability index 21\-80%.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with back pain associated with traumatic injury to spine, inflammatory arthritis, infective arthritis, Monoplegia, Paraplegia.
  • 2\.Patients Suffering with Cauda equina syndrome.
  • 3\.Patients having associated Cardiac disease, Tuberculosis, Malignant Hypertension, impairment of Liver functions, Malignancy, HIV\-AIDS, G.I. disorders etc.
  • 4\.Pregnant and lactating women.
  • 5\.Patients having other complications.
