Inclusion Criteria
ASA I and ASA II
General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Age 18 to 65 years
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with impaired cognitive ability
Unconscious patients after operation
Upper respiratory tract infections or throat infections before surgery
patients under going head and neck surgery
Use of nasogastric tube and double lumen tube
Preoperative sore throat
Patients on steroids, NSAIDS and Mgso4
