Inclusion Criteria
ASA class I,II, aged 18 to 80 years, requiring endotracheal intubaiton under general anesthesia for elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Suspected difficult airway, emergency surgery, patients undergoing airway related surgery, patients with an ongoing upper respiratory tract infections or with preoperative sore throat, patients who required more than two insertion attempts of endotracheal tube, as well as those in whom the operation times was longer than two hours.
