Inclusion Criteria

At least 18 year of age
Suspected GIM by previous tissue pathology
Able to provide informed consent for participation

Exclusion Criteria

Previous gastric surgery including gastrectomy and bypass surgery
Coagulopathy
Pregnancy
Active upper GI bleeding
