Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing supratentorial tumor resection
- •Tumor size less than 5 cm
- •ASA grades I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known allergy to lignocaine
- •Known cardiac, hepatic and renal anomalies
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Previous cranial surgery
- •Patient planned for elective post operative ventilation
