Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing supratentorial tumor resection
Tumor size less than 5 cm
ASA grades I, II, III
GCS 15
Exclusion Criteria
Known allergy to lignocaine
Known cardiac, hepatic and renal anomalies
Hemodynamic instability
Previous cranial surgery
Patient planned for elective post operative ventilation
