Age between 18 to 60 years

ASA grade 1 and 2

Surgery not lasting for more than 3 hours

Exclusion Criteria

Emergency surgeries

Difficult airway

Head and Neck surgery

cervical spine abnormalities

Airway anomalies

Patient with risk of aspiration

Chronic Obstructive lung disease

To compare the severity of cough & post-operative sore throat between patients recieving Superior Laryngeal Nerve block & In-Line nebulisation <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Severity of Post-operative Sore Throat grades <br/ ><br>Grade 0 No sore throat <br/ ><br>Grade 1 Mild (complained of sore throat only on inquiry) <br/ ><br>Grade 2 Moderate (complained of sore throat only on his / her own) <br/ ><br>Grade 3 Severe coughing (severe pain associated with marked change in voice) <br/ ><br>Severity of Cough grade <br/ ><br>Grade 0 No cough <br/ ><br>Grade 1 Minimal cough (1-2 times) <br/ ><br>Grade 2 Moderate cough (3-4 times) <br/ ><br>Grade 3 Severe cough (more than 5 times) <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Immidiately after extubation, 10 minutes after extubation, 1hour after extubation, 6hours after extubation, 24hours after extubation
