Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Male and female with age 18 to 39 years
  • 2\. Asymptomatic bilateral flexible flatfoot. Flatfoot is defined as the navicular drop test more than or equal to 10 millimeters
  • 3\. Body mass index in the range of 18\.5 \- 22\.9 kg/m2
  • 4\. Ankle dorsiflexion range of motion at least 10 degrees

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Undergone lower extremity surgery.
  • 2\. Has history of trauma or accidents in the lower extremities.
  • 3\. Lower extremity deformities: pes cavus, pes equinus, hallux valgus with greater angle than 15 degrees, or clubfoot.
  • 4\. have a sign of neurological deficit over the lower extremities.
  • 5\. female subjects if they pregnant.
