Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult women over 60 years old
- •2\. Those who have a Kellgren \& Lawrence grading scale of Grade 1 or Grade 2 in'Both Knee Joint AP/LAT'
- •3\. A person who understands the purpose of this test and voluntarily agrees in writing to the consent form as a subject.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those with uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease such as angina
- •2\. Those with musculoskeletal or nervous system disorders accompanied by uncontrolled pain
- •3\. Those who have difficulty walking independently
- •4\. Those who participated in other clinical trials within the last 4 weeks
- •5\. When the researcher determines that participation in the test may cause additional risks to the subject or confuse the test result due to other reasons.
