Chronic shoulder pain of >3 months duration with NRS > 5 diagnosed with any of the mentioned conditions like chronic tendinitis, impingement syndrome, frozen shoulder secondary to arthritis, chronic rotator cuff injuries will be included in the study.
Those patients who have underlying shoulder pathology like rheumatoid arthritis or malignant disease of shoulder, who have already diagnosed with cervical herniated disc disorder pathology, prior RF treatments in last 3 months, fibromyalgia, coagulation disturbances, uncontrolled diabetes, allergies to local anesthetics, malignancy, mental disorders or psychiatric conditions preventing adequate communication and pregnancy will be excluded from the study.
