Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with stroke who failed PMR Siriraj Swallowing Screening
2.More than 45 years old
3.Understand Thai and can communicate
Exclusion Criteria
1.Medically unstable especially respiratory problem
2.History of head or neck surgery
3.History of head or neck cancer
4.On tracheostomy
5.Decreased consciousness
6.Active clinical bleeding
