- •Less than 6 mm of alveolar bone in the floor of the sinus remained
- •Patient 25 years old and more than
- •Without history of sinus lift in surgical site
Exclusion Criteria
- •Medical contraindication for implant surgery
- •A history of maxillary sinus inflammations.
- •History of drug abuse
