Inclusion Criteria
- •Have a bachelor's degree or higher
- •At least 3 months work experience in intensive care units
- •Not having a second job
- •Not attending Educational Classes on Pneumonia Prevention in the past 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness to continue participating in the study
- •Irregular company and absence from more than two sessions of classes
