BMI: - 18-30
Knee pain : >= 3cm on a 10-cm visual analog scale
Patients diagnosed with bilateral OA knee.
Stages 3 (The Kellgren and Lawrence system) osteoarthritis of knee had X-rays within the previous 12 months
Participants with normal cognitive function (MMSE >23)
Independent in ADL and Ambulatory without the use of an assistive device.
Participants with history of any recent surgeries in low back and lower limbs.
Past history of lower limb joint replacement.
Participant with history of any recent musculoskeletal injuries like fractures, dislocation, joint instability or any soft tissue injuries no with other form of neurological impairments.
Participant with intra-articular steroid injection (previous 6 months)
Hemodynamically unstable participants.
Uncooperative participant or who is not willing to participate.
Control participants were excluded if they have reported pain in either knee in the past year and displayed abnormality on physical examination of the knee flexion ROM <= 125â?¦.
