Eyes with nuclear, cortical or posterior subcapsular cataracts with grade =4 considering LOCS III classification.
- Availability, willingness and sufficient cognitive awareness to comply with examination procedures.
- Signed informed consent.
- Continued wearing of contact lenses.
- Ocular trauma.
- Previous refractive surgery.
- Bad ocular fixation.
- Corneal or ocular disease (e.g., keratoconus, dry eye, glaucoma, retinal detachment).
- Systemic disease or treatment with systemic medications that could affect vision or refraction.
