Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients >=6 years of age.
2.Patients with horizontal strabismus (esotropia and exotropia) with deviations ranging from 45 to 60 Prism Dioptres.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Incomitant strabismus
2.History of previous squint surgery
3.Pattern strabismus (A, V, X , λ)
4.Any associated vertical or horizontal incomitance
5.Patients with systemic neurologic disorders
6.Nystagmus
7.Who had been previously administered botulinum toxin A
8.Vertical deviation
