- •1.Patients >=6 years of age.
- •2.Patients with horizontal strabismus (esotropia and exotropia) with deviations ranging from 45 to 60 Prism Dioptres.
排除标准
- •1.Incomitant strabismus
- •2.History of previous squint surgery
- •3.Pattern strabismus (A, V, X , λ)
- •4.Any associated vertical or horizontal incomitance
- •5.Patients with systemic neurologic disorders
- •6.Nystagmus
- •7.Who had been previously administered botulinum toxin A
- •8.Vertical deviation
