简要总结

This study compares anesthesia technique decisions made by artificial intelligence (AI) with those of anesthesiologists. It evaluates AI’s ability to provide safe, evidence-based perioperative plans across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. By identifying strengths and limitations of AI, the study aims to assess its potential role in supporting clinical decision-making and improving consistency in anesthesia practice. This study compares the anesthesia method choices suggested by AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) with those actually selected by anesthesiologists in clinical practice.
