Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients of age 25\-55 years
  • •2\.One or more teeth advised for extraction in the posterior mandible.
  • •3\.Presence of adequate sub\-apical alveolar bone for immediate placement.
  • •4\.ASA I and II
  • •5\.Patients willing to comply with study requirements.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Pathological abnormalities at the intended implant site.
  • •2\.Patients with severe bruxism or clenching habit
  • •3\.Loss of buccal and lingual cortical plate during atraumatic extraction.
  • •4\.ASA III,IV,V
  • •5\.Patients subjected to radiotherapy to head and neck.
  • •6\.Major systemic diseases, Ex: uncontrolled diabetes
