Inclusion Criteria

Age 18-65 years
- Informed consent
- Willing and able to complete all visits including travelling to study site

Exclusion Criteria

- Fracture at any other location including fracture of the proximal tibia with involvement of the knee joint.
- Conservative treatment or treatment by external fixation.
- Any gait restriction prior or unrelated to the fracture.
- BMI = 31.

Primary Outcome Measures

Gait performance by instrumented gait analysis: Percentage of load symmetry of fractured leg compared to contralateral side.
