Inclusion Criteria
1) patients who underwent aneurysm clipping after July 2008 at Ewha Womans University Medical Center
2) over 20 years old
3) patients who underwent aneurysm clipping under general anesthesia using propofol or desflurane
Exclusion Criteria
patients who had other inhaled anesthesia besides desflurane,
had only an unruptured aneurysm without a SAH,
underwent coil embolization,
had received second operation like decompressive craniectomy or removal of intracerebral hematoma
had incomplete data.
