Inclusion Criteria
- •Women receiving long protocol of down regulation with GnRH agonist and controlled ovarian stimulation with gonadotropins.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Serum E2 \>3000pg/ml on day of oocyte retrieval, Diminished ovarian reserve( Day2 serum FSH \>10mIU/ml), Endometriosis greater than stage2, Severe male factor(less than 5million/ml motile spermatozoa), Endocrine disorders, Medical or surgical illness.
