Inclusion Criteria
Women receiving long protocol of down regulation with GnRH agonist and controlled ovarian stimulation with gonadotropins.
Exclusion Criteria
Serum E2 >3000pg/ml on day of oocyte retrieval, Diminished ovarian reserve( Day2 serum FSH >10mIU/ml), Endometriosis greater than stage2, Severe male factor(less than 5million/ml motile spermatozoa), Endocrine disorders, Medical or surgical illness.
