more than 18 years old
well-controlled underlying disease
diagnosed as facet joint arthritis or facet joint pain
able to follow up at OPD pain at least 6 month after intervention
patient who cannot co-operation or communication
patient with bone metastasis or cancer with unstable condition
sepsis or active infection at site of intervention
immunocompromized patient
patient who has related drug allergic history
pregnant patient
coagulation problems or cannot stop or delay the anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication
patient who refuse to do the intervention or PRP
