Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Hip Fracture ASA status I \-II. (Intertrochanteric fracture, Subcapital frac\-ture Metastatic tumor in femoral head and acetabulum )
- •2 .Type of Surgery
- •DHS fixation , Hip hemiarthroplasty ,Total hip arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Contraindications to regional anaesthesia
- •Known allergy to local aesthetics
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Inability to provide informed consent
- •Severe kidney or liver disease
- •Patient with psychiatric disorders
