Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.All clinically diagnosed patients of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in Department of Physical Medicine \& Rehabilitation OPD, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
  • 2\. Those have symptoms of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis more than 3 months.
  • 3\. Age \>18 year
  • 4\. Those giving signed informed consent for study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Previous treatment with local Corticosteroids within 6 months.
  • 2\. Previous operation for De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in the same wrist.
  • 3\. Pregnancy
  • 4\.Patients with local infection at the site of the procedure
  • 5\. Evidence of diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, gout , carcinoma, and diabetes.
  • 6\. Previous history of trauma.
