入选标准
- •1.All clinically diagnosed patients of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation OPD, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
- •2. Those have symptoms of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis more than 3 months.
- •3. Age >18 year
- •4. Those giving signed informed consent for study.
排除标准
- •1. Previous treatment with local Corticosteroids within 6 months.
- •2. Previous operation for De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in the same wrist.
- •3. Pregnancy
- •4.Patients with local infection at the site of the procedure
- •5. Evidence of diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, gout , carcinoma, and diabetes.
- •6. Previous history of trauma.
