Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All clinically diagnosed patients of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in Department of Physical Medicine \& Rehabilitation OPD, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
- •2\. Those have symptoms of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis more than 3 months.
- •3\. Age \>18 year
- •4\. Those giving signed informed consent for study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Previous treatment with local Corticosteroids within 6 months.
- •2\. Previous operation for De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in the same wrist.
- •3\. Pregnancy
- •4\.Patients with local infection at the site of the procedure
- •5\. Evidence of diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, gout , carcinoma, and diabetes.
- •6\. Previous history of trauma.
