It is study in which two very commonly used medicine to provide required general anesthesia ,propofol & sevoflurane will be used to put I-GEL(breathing tube)to give breaths during anesthesia and few routine parameters like changes in heartrate, blood pressure to be noted during anesthesia.

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Induction characteristics and hemodynamic fluctuations during I-Gel insertionTimepoint: Hemodynamic parameters including heart rate, mean blood pressure and Spo2 will be noted before induction of general anesthesia ,at the time of induction then will be noted at the interval of 1 minutes till 5 minutes after induction of general anesthesia.

2.Time taken to insert I-GEL (supraglottic airway device)

3.Successful insertion of I-GEL within 60 seconds after adequate jaw relaxation.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Availability of better induction agent for insertion of supraglottic airway devices in terms of stability of hemodynamic parameters and easiness of inserting IgelTimepoint: 1.Hemodynamic parameters including

heart rate, mean blood pressure ,Spo2 will be noted before induction ,at the time of induction then at the interval of 1 minutes till 5 minutes after induction of anesthesia.

2.Time taken to insert the I-Gel (supraglottic airway device).

3.Successful I-Gel done within 60 seconds of adequate jaw relaxation.
